Adam has 18 years experience in oil & gas engineering and operations, management consulting, new ventures development and R&D. Senior leadership, corporate and technical roles in research, engineering, operations, consulting, strategy, business development and human resources Adam has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and has held key roles in Royal Dutch Shell, The Boston Consulting Group, Sapura Energy and in the Sapura Group. Using his technical capabilities , he has made a dream of many to come true with managing and sourcing good quality feed and sustainable business in the Aquaculture Industry. Now a leader in the farming community in Kedah, Malaysia
Born in Serdang, grew up in Canada and the USA, now based in Kuala Lumpur. Father of 2 beautiful kids and has the capability to multitask.

Eric Dass

Executive Director - Prepetrator

Eric has over 10 years of experience in IT and engineering with in technical, managerial and business development roles, before venturing as an entrepreneur for over 15 years where he has founded, operated and developed new ventures. Eric has a B.Sc. in Information Technology and Dip In Avionics Engineering , has held key roles in the Senai Airport , MASE Group of Companies, Impetus Asia, CNST Solutions, Formis Systems & Technology and Royal Dutch Shell.
The love for good food and clean sustainable food source is the one that he and Adam has in common. Born in Kangar , Perlis. Grew up in Kuala Lumpur now based in Singapore,China and Malaysia,
Father to 3 beautiful girls and constantly bends the rules as an entrepreneur.
